Proven ability to source and engage top-tier engineering talent through various channels. Strong understanding of engineering disciplines such as software and vehicle systems, mechanical design, and electrical hardware. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Passion for ** and ** Group Technologies’ mission and commitment to building diverse and inclusive teams. Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies for software, mechanical, and electrical engineering roles. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates specializing in a variety of software and hardware engineering disciplines. Build and maintain robust talent pipelines, in close strategic partnership with our sourcing team, through outbound sourcing, networking, and engagement with diverse candidate pools. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams, while adhering to all requirements of the hiring process, including all policies and SOPs. Conduct technical screenings to evaluate candidates' expertise in software, mechanical and electrical engineering principles. Partner with the People Team and hiring managers to ensure alignment with Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies’s culture and values. Build and maintain accurate data reporting and utilize data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies and optimize hiring processes.
